My approach to therapy
I specialize in working with adult women who are adjusting to change in their lives. Sometimes, my clients are experiencing the heartbreak of a relationship ending, the upheaval of a separation or divorce, or the intense grief associated with losing a loved one. I often walk alongside my clients as they discover new identities and begin fresh chapters in their lives. I also treat young adults and adults who are experiencing depression or struggling with anxiety.
