Great to meet you!

Hello there! I'm Kelly, and I'm so glad you're here! I've had the privilege of working in the mental health field for 7 years since becoming an LMHC. After losing my dad to cancer in 2019, I have a passion for walking with people through their grief and loss journeys. Since becoming a mother, I also love to work with people through their many life transitions! I'm would be truly honored to be a part of your healing process.

My approach to therapy

I love to explore client's values and strengths and dive deeper into how to use these parts of your identity in other areas of your life! I love to help you harness your strengths and use them to develop effective solutions for the challenges in your life.

What you can expect from me

I hope for you to be more aware of your emotions and inner dialogues, to be better connected with your true self, and be more empowered to use your strengths towards your life goals!
