Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Utah who works with adults facing mental health concerns, stress, life transitions, chronic depression, anxiety and the everyday challenges that can feel difficult to manage alone. I bring more than 28 years of experience working with the State of Utah, including work in social services, case management and several years providing therapy. My goal is to offer a supportive, practical space where you can feel heard and begin making meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach is eclectic, supportive, respectful, and focused on your individual needs. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and useful, not restrictive or one-size-fits-all. Together, we can identify what is weighing on you, build on your strengths, and work toward realistic steps that fit your life. This is your journey and I am honored to be a part of it.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will talk about what brings you to therapy, what you hope will improve, and what support feels right for you. I will listen without judgment and help us create a comfortable starting point for our work together. If you’re ready to take that first step, schedule a session and let’s get started.
