Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Kelly, a licensed clinical social worker in Maryland, West Virginia, and Ohio. I received my Master's degree in social work from The University of Maryland, Baltimore. My experience has been working with adults dealing with issues surrounding relationship issues, self-worth, anxiety/depression, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I offer a non-judgmental, supportive space to help individuals explore and understand their emotional reactions and patterns of behavioral in interpersonal relationships. I will work collaboratively with you to understand unconscious, negative patterns in the way you think, feel, and relate to others.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, I encourage the client to share what has brought them to therapy and what they hope to achieve.
