Great to meet you!

My therapeutic style is relational and intuitive. I provide therapy in a supportive and non-judgmental space where you can feel valued and understood.

I incorporate evidence-based approaches including Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and somatic mind-body interventions. I have received training in trauma treatment, perinatal mental health (conception through postpartum), grief recovery, and attachment parenting.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in attachment theory. I want to understand how my clients relates to themselves and others based on formative childhood experiences. I am a relational, empathetic, and attuned. The research shows that the strongest predictor of successful treatment is the quality of the therapeutic relationship. That is why developing a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship is my top priority.

What you can expect from our first session
