Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should feel real—not overly clinical or stuffy, and definitely not like a place where you have to filter yourself.

With over 17 years of experience as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I help individuals navigate stress, emotions, relationships, and life’s challenges.

Sessions are yours—to cry, vent, laugh, swear, and work through what’s real. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to show up honestly and without judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, flexible, and rooted in the belief that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. While I often draw from CBT to explore thoughts and behaviors, ACT to connect you to your values, and mindfulness to stay present, I don’t believe real change comes from forcing people into a rigid approach or checklist of techniques.

The relationship we build matters. I focus on creating a space where you feel understood, supported, and able to show up honestly. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build practical coping strategies, and find approaches that actually fit your life—not just what works best on paper.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a relaxed conversation where we get to know each other and explore what feels most important for you right now. It’s completely normal to feel unsure at first, and there's no pressure to have it figured out— that's part of the work we'll be doing together!

We’ll talk through what’s been weighing on you, clarify your priorities, and decide together on a direction that feels manageable. I’ll offer gentle structure, curiosity, and practical next steps, so you leave with a clearer sense of where we’re heading and how we’ll work together.
