Great to meet you!

You don't have to become a different person in order to experience life differently. I specialize in treating a variety of mental health concerns, including trauma-related and anxiety disorders. I also have seven years of experience supporting individuals who identify as neurodivergent.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach integrates neurobiological and humanistic perspectives to encourage self-exploration to a deeper understanding of how past and present experiences influence the ways our nervous systems organizes information about the world, and how this shapes our perspectives, beliefs, protective patterns, and emotional experiences.

Through somatic-based interventions, IFS, ACT, and EMDR, we can expand your psychological flexibility and strengthen the resilience you already possess. Together, we’ll explore emotional and behavioral patterns while cultivating a greater capacity to navigate life’s uncertainties with self-compassion, awareness, and intention.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a space where you can explore your experiences without judgment or expectations of who you should be, allowing meaningful change to unfold at your own pace. I believe clients should be provided psychoeducation throughout their therapeutic journey to encourage skills of autonomy and self-advocacy beyond the therapeutic relationship.
