My approach to therapy

Kelsey is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Attachment Based Family Therapy (ABFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS) and is experienced in Emotional Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Strategic Family therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and play therapy.
