Great to meet you!
Hi, I am Kelsey! I have worked in the mental health field for over 10 years, supporting adults with a wide range of concerns, including serious and persistent mental illnesses such as schizophrenia spectrum disorders, schizoaffective disorder, first-episode psychosis, and co-occurring mood and anxiety disorders. I hold a Master of Science in Forensic Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I have completed specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
My passion for this work is rooted in both my professional training and a deep appreciation for the resilience of the human experience. Through my own life experiences, I've come to understand how meaningful it is to have a safe, supportive space to process challenges and foster personal growth. I recognize that each person's story is shaped by their unique identity, relationships, culture, and values — and I am committed to creating an inclusive, affirming, and nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your concerns openly and authentically.
