Great to meet you!

I am a seasoned trauma therapist who has been serving the Sioux Falls, South Dakota community and surrounding area for over 10 years, specializing in helping individuals who have endured challenging life experiences. I work with a diverse client base, including pre-teens, teens, and adults, offering tailored therapeutic approaches to promote healing and growth. I am trained in Brainspotting, a powerful and focused treatment method that helps clients access, process, and overcome trauma, negative emotions, and pain.

I graduated from Sioux Falls Seminary with my Master’s in Counseling in 2015. I have since become a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and am licensed in 3 started plus I hold a telehealth license in Florida.

My approach to therapy

My commitment is to guide each client on their unique journey toward well-being and a more fulfilling life. This starts by creating a safe space in my office that is free from judgment and is accepting of a person's humanity. As with most things in life, there isn't one type of therapeutic intervention that will work for everyone.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you'll find a blend of deep empathy and direct communication. I believe in meeting you with compassion and a non-judgmental ear, while also being clear and to the point. I'll ask direct questions and offer honest insights to help us get to the heart of the matter quickly.
