Great to meet you!

I have always had a calling for helping others, and I am so grateful to have found the career path of clinical social work. I was inspired to become a therapist after I met with a therapist after my father passed away when I was a young girl. I know first-hand how scary it can be to share your story, but trust me having an un-biased, non-judgmental, listening ear can go a long way. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in North Carolina and Nevada. I received my Master of Social Work from UNC-Charlotte in 2017.

My approach to therapy

I offer a calm, supportive space to grow. I work best with clients who are ready to show up, do the work, and take meaningful steps toward a life that feels authentic and peaceful. My specialties include supporting the LGBTQ community, and helping clients heal from trauma and manage anxiety.

What you can expect from me

Before our first session, I invite clients to complete a brief questionnaire so I can understand your background, concerns, and goals right from the start. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan using approaches such as CBT, solution-focused, and EMDR therapy. I regularly check in on progress to ensure our work stays meaningful and effective. My ideal client is engaged, open, and ready to apply insights and strategies outside of sessions to create real, lasting change.
