Kelsey Smith

I have a Master of Social Work from the University of Denver where focused on clinical work with individuals, families, and trauma reprocessing. I've practiced in inpatient and outpatient professional settings since 2009 and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2016. I have advanced trainings and certificates in EMDR and EFFT.

I specialize in working with people who are struggling with eating disorders, experiencing trauma and loss, relationship challenges, and major life transitions.

We all face major challenges and painful experiences throughout our lives, and it is often difficult to ask for support or know where to begin. I am here to provide you a safe space to share your experience without judgement. I will meet you wherever you are in life and support you with honesty, compassion, and empathy. Because no one can do this alone.

We will work together to develop skills and strategies to move you toward the life that is most meaningful and true for you.
