My name is Kelsey and I have a wide range of experience including depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship issues, LGBTQIA+, negative coping skills, self worth, sexuality, substance abuse, grief, , healthy family dynamics, self actualization strategies, and intellectual differences. My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is client-centered to support an empathic approach that empowers and motivates the client. I am experienced in Cognitive and Behavioral therapies, as well a Mindfulness to develop healthier plans/goals for behavioral and thought patterns. My educational background is rooted in Transpersonal therapy that utilizes a holistic approach to therapy to address client's mental, physical, social, emotional, creative, and intellectual needs in order to facilitate healing and growing

What you can expect from me

I encourage client's to discuss any questions about beginning our therapeutic work together to allow space for disclosing hopes and desire/inspiration for themselves. As a person centered therapist, I meet the client where they are at in their suffering, growing, and healing and utilize my therapeutic experience and knowledge to process the emotions arising effectively and in a way that feels safe and supportive.
