Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of CO, MD and VA with a Master’s degree from the University of Denver School of Social Work. My prior work has been with adults & teens experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict. I have worked in a variety of settings such as community mental health centers, nonprofits and inpatient psychiatric hospitals.

I also specialize in working with individuals with chronic illness including chronic Lyme and/or tick-borne illnesses

My approach to therapy

I ground my approach in a strong theoretical foundation that includes a variety of evidence-based practices such as cognitive/behavioral therapy, ACT, trauma informed care, mindfulness and several different modalities of family therapy. I am also a Lyme literate therapist.

What you can expect from me

I believe that building a strong rapport between therapist and client is an important step in successful outcomes. You are the expert on your own life and my goal is to meet you where you are at and provide you with an individualized treatment approach based on your needs.
