Great to meet you!

Hello! I work with adults navigating some of life's most difficult seasons, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD. My practice combines medication management with therapeutic support, looking at the full picture of what you are experiencing. I offer in person and virtual sessions in Delaware, making care accessible in whatever way works for you. Whether you are taking a first step toward getting help or have been managing your mental health for a while, my goal is for you to feel heard, understood, and equipped for real and lasting change. I am here to work alongside you as a true partner in your care.

My approach to therapy

I look at the whole person, not just symptoms, bringing together medication support and therapy so nothing gets overlooked. My style is warm and collaborative. I ask questions and include you in every decision we make together. You are the expert on your own life, and I am here to help you build on that.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not an evaluation. I want to hear about what has brought you here, what your life looks like right now, and what you are hoping for. I will share my initial thoughts and we will start mapping out a plan that feels right for you. There is no pressure to have it all figured out.
