As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 22 years of experience, I have had the privilege of working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds and at all stages of life. I use a trauma-informed, client-centered approach that emphasizes collaboration, compassion, and resilience.
My approach to therapy is eclectic, trauma-informed, and compassionate, drawing from evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s unique needs and strengths. I strive to create a supportive, affirming environment that is neurodivergent-friendly and welcoming to people of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community.
I view the therapeutic relationship as one of the most important aspects of the healing process. The first few sessions are an opportunity for us to get to know each other, establish a sense of safety and trust, and explore what brings you to therapy. As we build that foundation, we will work collaboratively to identify goals and create a path forward that feels meaningful and achievable for you.
