Great to meet you!

As a therapist, I create an emotionally safe space where you can explore the root of your experiences, develop greater self-understanding, and build sustainable inner peace. My approach emphasizes the importance of empowering clients to navigate life’s inevitable chaos while remaining fully anchored within themselves. I will work with you through your journey of self-healing and your ability to understand self-regulation tools and strategies that support your mental and emotional well-being. In this space I will empathically listen as I honor your voice, your own understanding of your process, your therapeutic needs and your incorporation of this work in your daily life. In this space peace is treated not as a passive state of quiet, but as an active mindset that supports your ability to navigate internal conflict and external stressors.

My approach to therapy

I hold space for individuals who have experienced medical trauma, who are processing thoughts and feelings related to reproductive health conditions that impact fertility, infertility, anxiety and depression related to trying to conceive, navigating a chronic illness, perinatal mental health, trauma, pregnancy and postpartum, PTSD, depression, bereavement, anxiety and everyday life stressors. My therapeutic approach is supportive, neuro-affirming, empathic, reflective, and embraces cultural humility. It emphasizes the importance of incorporating neuroscience-backed, body-centered techniques to help regulate your nervous system.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, I utilize a variety of treatment modalities, as I believe a holistic approach is the best way to meet the individual needs of every client. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Informed Care, Somatic Practices, Mindfulness and Guided Meditation. techniques.
