Great to meet you!

I believe in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and working with you as an individual. I work with a client-centered approach and support the client in their individual growth journey. I have experience working with clients in the LGBTQ+ community, veterans, eating disorders, trauma, and substance using a variety of approaches to support you.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With the types of treatment approaches, we will work together to create the best-combined approach to support you in obtaining your therapeutic. With this approach, you will experience autonomy in guiding the therapy session to create your personal goals and feel like you have a say in your therapy process! Some of the approaches that I lean towards using are Acceptance and commitment therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered and Trauma Informed Care.

What you can expect from our first session

The goals that we set together are driven by you as the client! We will work together to develop a positive therapeutic environment where you as the client feel as comfortable as possible to accomplish the therapeutic goals that you have set!
