Great to meet you!

I specialize in OCD, as well as generalized anxiety and body-focused repetitive behaviors. I will help you understand that it is OCD, not you, that is creating these distressing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I primarily utilize exposure and response prevention (ERP) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to work with these diagnoses.

My approach to therapy

I emphasize an evidence-based approach that is tailored to your diagnosis. It is my goal to provide education, techniques, and strategies that will help you learn how to make meaningful change for your mental well-being.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will complete a deep dive into your presenting problems. Together, we will develop a treatment plan based on your holistic presentation.
