Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Kendall Moody, a licensed clinical social worker and therapist. I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating life’s challenges—whether that’s relationship struggles, major life transitions, trauma, or managing chronic health conditions. I know that seeking therapy can feel daunting, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood.

I am especially passionate about supporting clients who feel overwhelmed by stress, life transitions, or family responsibilities, helping them find balance, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.

My approach to therapy

As I know therapy can be challenging, I enjoy taking time to know and understand my clients. I've been trained in cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, which I use to treat patients who may be struggling with depression, anxiety, or a trauma-related condition. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build coping strategies, and work toward meaningful changes that help you feel more aligned with your values and more confident in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

After sessions with me, you may feel optimistic and relieved. You may notice a greater sense of self-awareness, confidence, and emotional resilience, as well as an increased ability to navigate relationships, stress, and transitions with clarity and calm. My goal is for every session to leave you feeling supported, empowered, and more equipped to make choices that align with the life you want to create.
