Great to meet you!

Hello and Welcome!

I'm Kendra Jeffers and I have a knack for helping people heal through transformation. I am a double alumna from Howard University with a B.S. in Health Sciences and a Master's in Education with a specialization in Counseling. I have extensive experience in the field of education and counseling from working on the collegiate level, K-12, and in private practice. I specialize in anxiety, ADD/ADHD, and/or adjusting to changes from major life perils.

My approach to therapy

Regardless if you are dealing with anxiety or adjusting to a new job I am here to help. I can assist you with discovering solutions to your problems rather than just focusing on what's wrong by using cognitive behavior and solution-focused therapies, warmth, hope, education, and empowerment.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will discuss what are your best hopes/outcomes from our conversation or even working together. For example, your best hopes might be excessive worrying. We will talk about instances when worrying has been at its peak and at a minimum and how you coped with it. It's my job to help guide you through the process of regaining your best hopes/outcomes. Go ahead and contact me so we can begin this journey of healing and transformation!
