Great to meet you!

Hi there, I'm Kendra!

Using a combination of medication management, education, and therapy, I partner with clients to develop treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, goals, and long-term healing.

I have over 15yrs experience managing anxiety disorders, trauma, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and challenges related to identity and self-esteem. I value working with diverse communities, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, people of color, and those who have experienced interpersonal or systemic trauma.

I strive to create an environment that emphasizes collaboration, transparency, and shared decision-making, helping clients navigate potential medication options while also building resilience and self-compassion.

My approach to therapy

My approach is inclusive and centered on genuine human connection. I prioritize creating a safe & affirming environment, with a focus on empowering clients to take control of their mental health, foster resilience, and promote their overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll go over what brought you to schedule an appointment and thoroughly discuss your mental health and physical health history. We will then build a treatment plan together - one that might include medication support, therapy, goal setting, mindfulness, or lifestyle shifts.

EXISTING CLIENTS: Appointments that were scheduled prior to the transition to Headway have been blocked in order to preserve that time slot. Please message me through the patient portal, or email me at [email protected], so I can add you to the schedule once you have registered with Headway. Thank you!!
