Great to meet you!

Welcome! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is a key component of change. I have three years of experience supporting people with achieving their goals and working toward desired change in their lives. I have experience working with an array of ages however primarily work with young adults ages 18-40 experiencing life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief.

My approach to therapy

I practice from an anti-oppressive and relational approach. We will work together to identify working toward your goals looks like and create a road map to get there. You are the expert in your goals, and we will work collaboratively to achieve them. I will be there to support you and challenge you when necessary.

What you can expect from me

We will start with identifying what your current areas of need are and identify what you are looking for in a therapeutic alliance. I will work to create an environment that feels welcoming and safe, and begin working together toward a healthier, more grounded you.
