Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Therapist with over two decades of experience, holding a Master’s degree in Social Work since 2003. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with individuals and families from a wide range of ages, cultural backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, and gender identities. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and a deep commitment to supporting each client’s unique journey toward healing and personal growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrated, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I primarily use CBT because it helps clients make meaningful connections between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors- and gives them a practical tools for change. That said I always tailor my approach to fit each individual's needs, strengths, and goals.

What you can expect from me

I focus on creating a non-judgmental, safe, and respectful environment where clients feel heard and valued. I'm intentional about being fully present, using active listening, validating their experiences, and showing empathy without rushing to fix or interpret. Cultural humility and being attuned to each client's unique background, identity, and preferences is key.
