Great to meet you!

Events don't cause what you feel; how you talk to yourself about these events does!

Seeking help is difficult enough, and it's my job to make the process easier by offering the people I serve a warm, empathic, and safe place to address their challenges.

The best year of your life is when you take ownership of every problem and challenge. Ownership is about saying, 'Here's what I have, what I do with it, and how I move forward.' I'm here to help you take OWNERSHIP of your life.

My approach to therapy

I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all therapeutic approach. I use various sound therapeutic techniques from cognitive-behavioral, Cognitive Processing Therapy, psychodynamic, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral health, and EMDR therapies as appropriate. I am a big believer in the incredible healing benefits of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) therapy.

What you can expect from me

Are you struggling with depression/anxiety, loneliness, divorce, abuse, miscarriage/infertility, grief, rejection, fear, self-destruction, isolation, lack of focus, lack of direction, etc.? I can help you identify what's holding you back, where these beliefs originated, and how to heal so you can grow, engage, and thrive! Want to feel better but don’t know how to get there? I use assessment tools to help determine where you are struggling & track progress along the way.
