Great to meet you!

In my counseling practice, I have worked with individuals facing a range of issues such as depression, anxiety/panic, adjustment struggles, bipolar disorder, substance abuse, grief, job-related stress, interpersonal relationship challenges, codependency, eating disorders, family issues, anger management, PTSD, combat trauma, and crises. I also have experience in School-Based Mental Health, addressing parenting concerns, behavior problems, attention deficit disorders, and hyperactivity disorders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

In my therapeutic approach, I use evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) to help you challenge and overcome irrational beliefs causing emotional distress such as pain, anxiety, and depression. I also incorporate Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Narrative Therapy, focusing on the present and practical solutions to empower you to reshape your story, fostering growth and healing.

What you can expect from our first session
