Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Kenneth Freeman. My personal and professional motto is to help people recognize the importance of mental health wellness through warmth, acceptance, and empathy. I realize success begins with "one person" and the rewards from that can be profound.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in treating relationship issues, male issues, family dynamics, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, conflict resolution, self-compassion, nonviolent communication, trauma, self-regulation, stress management, and resiliency. Treatment Modalities: Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to have the autonomy to share their thoughts and give their perspectives on their life situations and challenges. In the process, they will be listened to and supported. Therapy sessions can look differently for different people, however, the client can process the here and now or process the past. Whichever they feel they need the most support is the direction the session will be conducted.
