Great to meet you!

Kenneth "Sitaram Dass" Sandin believes that we are already whole, and our innate wisdom is best accessed when we feel safe to be seen, to share, and to reflect. He specializes in grief work, spirituality, psychedelic integration, and mindfulness. He spent three years with his meditation teacher, Ram Dass, in Hawaii, and his MSW specialized in the decolonization of social work.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have worked with a wide range of people in all life stages, but I specialize in grief, end-of-life issues, existential crises, spirituality, anxiety, depression, mindfulness, and non-ordinary states of consciousness. I take a dynamic and person-centered approach that integrates multiple modalities, but at the core, I believe in each human's innate ability to heal, transform, and live an authentic life.

What you can expect from our first session

I work with clients to get in touch with their own core needs and deepest-held values, and we work together to set realistic, attainable, and life-enhancing goals. A lot of this work entails developing self love and compassion, learning to identify and detach from habitual thought patterns, and increasing the ability to feel and accept difficult emotions.
