Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and other mental health concerns. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their challenges and working toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, patient-centered approach to treatment. I believe every individual deserves personalized care, and I work closely with clients to develop treatment plans that align with their goals and values. My approach combines evidence-based medication management with education and ongoing support to promote lasting mental wellness.

What you can expect from me
