Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kenya. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to manage everything on your plate—you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

I work with children, teens, and adults navigating Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, depression, anxiety, and family or relationship challenges. Many of my clients come to me feeling misunderstood, emotionally overwhelmed, or struggling with daily routines, communication, or behavior—and together, we create a space where things begin to feel more manageable and clear.

I have experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, including challenges related to emotional regulation, social interaction, routines, and family dynamics.

With over 20 years in the mental health and intellectual disability fields, I provide a supportive, down-to-earth approach where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, structured when needed, and always tailored to you.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with other evidence-based approaches to support:

  • Emotional regulation
  • Social and communication skills
  • Behavior management
  • Coping with anxiety, transitions, and daily stressors
  • Parenting

When working with individuals with Autism or ADHD, I focus on building practical skills, increasing self-awareness, and supporting both the individual and their family in creating realistic, sustainable changes.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a space that is:

  • Warm, patient, and nonjudgmental
  • Structured when helpful, flexible when needed
  • Focused on real-life strategies and progress

I meet each client where they are, while helping them build the tools they need to feel more confident, capable, and in control.

Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or your child, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
