I am a graduate of Arkansas State University with degrees in social work.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have worked as a therapist for 7 years. From 2010-2016, I provided case management and trauma training to families and DCFS staff.

•Adjunct Instructor and Field Liaison from 2013-2021

•Currently work with adults who struggle with trauma, grief, depression and anxiety, self esteem, life changes

•trained in CPT and EMDR

I am a hopeful therapist. I believe that given the proper tools, anyone can grow and change. I am direct and honest. I like an holistic approach to therapy.
