I have successfully provided treatment for clients struggling with a myriad of concerns including, but not limited to depression, anxiety, grief & losses, self-esteem and relationship issues.
Because I believe in working on what's important to you, I utilize a client-centered approach where you are respected, and your values, preferences and concerns guide the clinical decisions. In addition, I use motivational interviewing, strength based approach and cognitive behavioral therapy. Our thoughts govern how we feel, and if we can identify our thoughts, assess and change them, we can become happier, whole and free. If you change your mind, you can change your life.
