Great to meet you!

As a U.S. Marine Veteran and dual-licensed psychotherapist (MN LPCC, FL LMHC), I understand what it means to navigate high-stakes environments and severe life transitions. I hold a Master of Arts in Adlerian Counseling and Psychotherapy from the CACREP-accredited Adler Graduate School. I currently serve as the Clinical Director of Arise & Shine Mekong Wellness, where my practice is dedicated exclusively to adults.

My primary clinical specialties include high-acuity trauma, neurodivergent burnout (Autism/ADHD), addiction recovery, and healing from toxic or narcissistic relationships. As a Certified Addictions-Informed Mental Health Professional (CAIMHP) and a certified Trauma/Shame-Informed specialist, I provide an evidence-based, battle-tested space to help clients stabilize and rebuild.

My approach to therapy

My approach is direct, highly supportive, and focused on strategic intervention rather than just passive listening. I utilize evidence-based, trauma-focused modalities—including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic processing—tailored specifically to high-acuity needs and executive burnout.

We will work collaboratively to identify the root causes of your distress, dismantle unhelpful or shame-based coping mechanisms, and build a concrete, actionable plan. Therapy with me is a tactical maneuver designed to get you back in command of your life and career.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out takes courage, and our first session honors that step. You can expect a highly structured, zero-judgment environment where we get straight to the point.

During our initial meeting, we will conduct a thorough assessment of your current challenges, define your immediate goals, and map out a clear treatment trajectory. My priority is to ensure you feel heard, safe, and strategically supported. You will leave the first session with a clear understanding of our path forward and practical stabilization strategies you can use immediately.
