Great to meet you!

Hi! My name is Kerri Taylor, LIMHP, and I built my Omaha telehealth practice around flexibility and meeting clients where they are. I have supported some clients for years, never pushing a schedule that doesn't fit their life, and also offers drug and alcohol evaluations. If that sounds like the care you're looking for, I would love to hear from you.

My approach to therapy

My approach centers on consistency and respect for each client's own rhythm, whether that means weekly sessions or monthly check-ins for long-term care. Modalities used include Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT,) Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Narrative Therapy. Together we can focus on developing confidence in strengths so that we can maneuver through triggers effectively. I promote communication in a safe space, the Gottman Method for couples, trust and attachment concerns. Sessions stay collaborative and judgment-free, building on what is already working in your life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is a conversation, not an interrogation. I ask what brought you to therapy and what you want out of it, then build a plan around your pace rather than a one-size-fits-all schedule. Many of my clients stay with me for years because the work adapts as their needs change.
