I provide comprehensive, individualized care to patients from diverse backgrounds, with expertise in ADHD, trauma, complex mental health conditions, geriatrics, and addiction recovery.

I approach care with deep respect for your values, preferences, and lived experience. Your voice is central to the process—we work collaboratively to create a treatment plan that is thoughtful, effective, and aligned with who you are.

Although everyone is different, I have discovered that most clients begin to see tangible progress after our initial four sessions. My aim is to equip each client with the necessary resources to succeed and help them reach a point where they no longer require my assistance.

My top priority is to foster an environment where you can feel at ease and confident enough to be your authentic self. It's essential for both growth and healing. As your trusted partner, I will be there to lend an ear and offer guidance, but I will also challenge you to push past your limits. I'm interested in both the positive and negative aspects of your journey.
