Great to meet you!

I’m a mom of three, married for 20 years, and I’ve been a therapist for 17 years. I earned my master’s from Bethel University in 2009 and have built my work on a Biblical foundation and Christian worldview. After many years supporting families, children, teens, and couples, I now primarily walk alongside adult women. I often help with grief, anxiety and depression, ADHD, parenting and marriage struggles, trauma, and spiritual concerns.

My approach to therapy

I take a whole-person approach to healing, looking at the biological, psychological, social, and spiritual parts of your story. I work best with women who are motivated to explore change and ready to take an active role in their growth. Much of our work will focus on practical, evidence-informed skills you can use in daily life to navigate challenges and feel more grounded and effective.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, my goal is to offer a safe, calm space where you can share your story and what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll collaborate on your goals and move at a pace that feels respectful and doable for you. Together, we’ll work toward growth, healing, and a deeper sense of wholeness.
