Great to meet you!

I'm a trauma-informed IFS therapist specializing in somatic approaches. I gently support people experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, relational issues and other trauma related experiences like abuse, neglect, religious trauma, bullying, etc. in getting to know their system. We take things slowly and go at your system's pace, creating a sense of safety and building trust over time. I specialize in supporting those who identify as neurodiverse, LGBTQIA+ and/or HSPs (Highly Sensitive Person).

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, non-judgmental and collaborative. My own healing journey as well as my work with clients profoundly informs my belief that your system possesses the innate ability to heal. I bring a lot of empathy and validation, helping to normalize what you're experiencing and be able to have a better understanding of the effects of difficult relationships and events.

What you can expect from me

It's my intention for you to feel safe, seen and heard, in the first session and in every session. In our initial session we will talk about policies including mandated reporting and limitations to confidentiality as well as beginning to discuss what brings you to therapy and your goals. You will be free to ask any questions that arise, pause when needed and share things that feel uncomfortable as you're ready.
