Great to meet you!

You’re doing your best—but parenting can feel heavy. Maybe your child is having big emotions, struggling with anxiety, or acting out in ways that worry you. Maybe you’re exhausted, overwhelmed, and wondering if you’re doing enough. You're not alone—and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. I work with moms and children (ages 3–17) who are navigating the hard stuff—anxiety, trauma, life changes, or just the emotional weight of everyday life. Whether your child needs support, or you do (or both), I provide a safe, compassionate space where healing begins and hope grows

My approach to therapy

Step into a space where healing feels natural, joyful, and deeply personal.

For children, I use play therapy, art therapy, and solution-focused techniques to gently meet them right where they are—helping them express big emotions in small, meaningful ways.

For moms, I blend therapy with holistic wellness coaching to give you real-life tools, soul-soothing support, and space to breathe. Our sessions can feel like laughter, creativity, heartfelt talks, or quiet moments of reflection—whatever healing looks like for you.

And because community matters, I host monthly wellness events that are fun, uplifting, and totally free for clients—plus quarterly client appreciation days to celebrate the journey you're on. 💛

What you can expect from me

Your First Session = A Warm Welcome! 💛Expect cozy vibes, zero pressure, and a chance to just be. Kids might dive into play or art, while moms get to breathe, reflect, and feel heard. We’ll laugh, explore, and gently map out your goals. No stress—just a soft start to real support.
