Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Keshia Trammell, welcome to my practice!

I believe that meaningful change begins with a single conversation. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, self-esteem concerns, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion and practical guidance.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered techniques to help you develop healthier coping skills, build resilience, and create lasting change.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am passionate about helping individuals recognize their strengths, overcome obstacles, and move toward the life they envision. I believe therapy is not about having all the answers—it’s about having someone who will listen, challenge you when appropriate, support your growth, and celebrate your progress.

Every session is an opportunity to take another step toward healing. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey toward greater confidence, balance, and emotional well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and personalized because no two people experience life’s challenges the same way. I believe meaningful change begins with feeling heard, understood, and supported. My role is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore your concerns, identify your strengths, and work together toward the goals that matter most to you.

I use an integrative, evidence-based approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered techniques. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor each session to your individual needs, helping you gain insight, develop practical coping strategies, and create lasting, meaningful change.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and emotional overwhelm. Whether you’re facing a difficult season or seeking personal growth, we’ll focus on building resilience, improving emotional well-being, and developing skills that support you long after our sessions.

I believe every conversation is an opportunity to move one step closer to the life you want. My goal is to help you feel empowered, confident, and equipped with the tools to navigate life’s challenges while recognizing the strengths you already possess.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another in a comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free environment. I understand that starting therapy can feel intimidating, so my goal is to help you feel at ease while we begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship.

During our first meeting, we’ll discuss what brings you to therapy, your personal history, current challenges, and what you hope to achieve. I’ll ask questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and the areas where you’d like support. There is no pressure to share everything at once—we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Together, we’ll begin identifying meaningful goals and create a personalized plan that aligns with your needs and values. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions about the therapy process and what to expect moving forward.

My hope is that you leave your first session feeling heard, supported, and encouraged, with a clearer understanding of the path ahead. Every conversation is a step toward meaningful change, and I’m honored to be part of that journey with you.
