My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. I draw from evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered techniques to help you develop healthier coping skills, build resilience, and create lasting change.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am passionate about helping individuals recognize their strengths, overcome obstacles, and move toward the life they envision. I believe therapy is not about having all the answers—it’s about having someone who will listen, challenge you when appropriate, support your growth, and celebrate your progress.
