Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome!

I'm a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a strong foundation in both primary care and mental health. I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Keiser University, completed my Post-Master’s Certification as a PMHNP, and proudly obtained my Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Walden University in 2026.

With advanced clinical training and a holistic approach to care, I focus on treating the whole person—supporting your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where individuals and families feel heard, understood, and empowered to take an active role in their health.

Whether you're managing chronic medical conditions, navigating life transitions, or facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, or trauma, I am here to partner with you every step of the way. My goal is to help you achieve balance, healing, and an improved quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe in meeting individuals where they are and creating a safe, supportive space where they feel heard and empowered. I work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address both physical and mental health needs.

With a background in family medicine and psychiatric care, I focus on treating the whole person—mind and body. I utilize evidence-based practices and emphasize open communication, education, and trust. Whether we’re managing chronic conditions, addressing emotional challenges, or promoting preventive care, my goal is to support long-term wellness and help clients thrive in every aspect of their lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment where they feel safe to express themselves and work toward healing. My goal is to help each person gain clarity, build resilience, and develop practical tools to manage their health—both mentally and physically.

Together, we focus on setting realistic goals, improving overall well-being, and identifying strategies that fit your lifestyle and values. Whether addressing medical concerns, mental health symptoms, or life stressors, clients leave sessions feeling heard, empowered, and supported in taking meaningful steps toward lasting change.
