Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed mental health therapist dedicated to creating a warm, affirming space where clients can feel safe to explore, grow, and heal. I hold a Master’s in Social Work and have experience working with children, teens, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, life transitions, and identity concerns. I use a client-centered, strengths-based approach and tailor each session to your unique needs and goals.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I meet clients where they are, using a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based strategies, trauma-informed care, and ERP techniques when helpful. I believe in working together to develop practical tools while also creating space to process deeper emotions. I’m passionate about helping clients build emotional resilience, self-awareness, and the capacity to tolerate and move through discomfort rather than avoid it.

What you can expect from me

Clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling more empowered, grounded, and supported. In our work together, you can expect to develop greater self-understanding, identify patterns that are no longer serving you, and practice new strategies that support long-term change. I strive to create a space that is safe, nonjudgmental, and rooted in curiosity and self-compassion.
