Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I'm glad you found your way here! I'm humbled for the opportunity to connect and to grow together. I currently reside in NY and hold a license as an LMHC as well as dual licenses in NJ, OH, and MI. I specialize in offering in treating Anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, Depressive Disorders, and body focused repetitive behaviors such as excoriation and hair pulling.

My approach to therapy

During sessions I focus on meeting people where they are at while focusing on their goals for treatment. I focus on fostering a non-judgmental, affirming, and empowering space intended to support self discovery and growth. I utilize Evidenced based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Behavioral Activation, Exposure and Response Prevention, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Habit Reversal Training.
