I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice with over 20 years of medical and military experience and retired from the Army in 2024. I am also a father of two Autistic teenagers. My experiences throughout my life have led me to be accepting of all people, no matter where they are in their journey.

I believe in a holistic approach to care, empowering clients to face mental health challenges with resilience and hope. My personal experiences as a father, along with my work as a provider, have shown me how essential it is to be a dedicated teammate. Together, we’ll create a safe space to explore your concerns and aspirations, blending evidence-based psychiatric care with mindfulness and lifestyle strategies. I am fully dedicated to my role and committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field. I particularly enjoy working with patients dealing with self-esteem issues, depression, ADHD, and anxiety

While many prescribers primarily focus on medications during a visit, I recognize that the decision to use medication is deeply personal. I offer a supportive and holistic environment where we can explore various treatment options together. My approach includes both therapy and medication management, but there may be times when we decide that medication isn’t the best choice. Ultimately, we'll collaborate to create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs and preferences.
