Great to meet you!

I work with individuals, families, and couples facing a range of challenges, including mental health concerns, substance use, anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, autism, relationship issues, and domestic violence. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported and understood, and where we can work together to build on your strengths and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strengths-based and focused on helping you move forward in a way that feels practical and achievable. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused techniques, and Motivational Interviewing to help us identify what’s already working in your life and build from there. Together, we’ll develop tools and strategies that fit your needs and support real progress outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect an open, nonjudgmental space where you can share honestly and feel truly heard. We’ll take time to understand what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping to change, and begin outlining a path forward together that feels clear and manageable.
