Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical mental health counselor (LCMHC) offering a supportive, judgment-free space for children, teens, and adults. I specialize in helping clients work through trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and difficult life experiences. Using approaches such as EMDR, CBT, ACT, and DBT, I help clients better understand their experiences, develop practical coping skills, and move toward feeling more confident and in control. My goal is to provide a safe place where you feel heard, supported, and able to move forward.

My approach to therapy

I offer a supportive, approachable space where clients feel truly heard and understood. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and difficult life experiences. My style is collaborative and empowering, using EMDR, CBT, ACT, and DBT to help clients process experiences, build practical skills, and create meaningful change. Together, we focus on healing, growth, and developing a greater sense of confidence and control.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and accepted. The first session is about getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and beginning to identify goals together. Whether you're facing trauma, anxiety, ADHD, or life transitions, sessions focus on helping you gain clarity, build healthy coping skills, and feel more in control. We move at a pace that feels comfortable for you while working toward meaningful growth and change.
