Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Gottman Therapist (CGT), and I specialize in helping couples navigate the complex journey of healing—particularly when it comes to betrayal recovery. I hold Master’s degrees in Counseling and Psychology, and I’m also certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (C-DBT). Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals, couples, and families through many life seasons. My path has included 30 years as a pastor, over a decade of clinical practice, and work with children and teens. Each role has shaped how I show up for clients: with warmth, perspective, and deep respect for your story.

My approach to therapy

I believe that strong relationships are built—not born—and that healing is absolutely possible, even in the face of deep hurt. I use evidence-based practices like the Gottman Method and DBT to guide our work together. My style is direct but compassionate, structured yet flexible. I’ll meet you where you are and support you with practical tools, open dialogue, and honest reflection. Whether you're looking to rebuild trust, strengthen your connection, or navigate tough transitions, we’ll do it together.

What you can expect from me

We’ll start with an introductory session where you can share your story and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. This is your space, and I want you to feel safe, supported, and truly heard. From there, we’ll co-create a plan that feels right for you—whether that’s rebuilding your relationship, improving communication, or finding clarity in the chaos. My goal is to foster a therapeutic environment that’s both grounded and encouraging, where meaningful growth can happen.
