Great to meet you!

Greetings!

My name is Dr. Keya Glover and I have provided direct care social work services for over 20 years. As a person-centered therapist, I believe healing involves being seen, heard and accepted. My practice is grounded in mindful compassion and empowerment. Together, we will create a safe therapeutic space where you can explore your experiences with curiosity and non - judgment while reconnecting with your inner wisdom.

My hope is to walk alongside you—to help you remember your strengths, reclaim your voice, and move toward a deeper sense of balance and self-awareness.

My approach to therapy

I use an integrative style rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and strengths-based counseling, while incorporating mindfulness and trauma-informed care when appropriate. Therapy with me is a collaborative process and tailored to your needs. We will work together to set goals aimed to help you increase insight, self-compassion, and healthy coping strategies.

What you can expect from me

Our sessions will feel conversational and intentional. I see you as the expert of your own experience, and my role is to help you tap into that wisdom. We’ll explore both the external challenges and the inner narratives that shape how you move through the world.

As we work together, I’ll offer guidance, support and evidence-based tools to help you stay grounded, present, and connected to what matters most.
