Great to meet you!
Feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck, or simply tired of carrying everything on your own? You may be functioning on the outside—working, taking care of family, showing up for everyone else—while privately dealing with anxiety, sadness, relationship stress, grief, trauma, or the feeling that something in your life needs to change.
I'm Keyonne Spencer, LPC-S, and I help teens, adults, and couples move from simply coping with life to understanding what's happening beneath the surface and making meaningful, lasting changes.
With more than 15 years of experience in the mental health and human services field, I bring warmth, compassion, cultural awareness, and real-world perspective into the therapy room. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship and communication challenges, trauma, grief, life transitions, workplace concerns, and self-esteem issues.
Many of the people I work with are used to being the strong one—the dependable one, the problem-solver, the person everyone else turns to. Therapy gives you a place where you don't have to have all the answers or pretend that everything is okay.
You deserve a space where you can be honest about what isn't working, understand yourself more deeply, and begin creating a life that feels healthier, more peaceful, and more aligned with who you want to be.
If you're ready for something to change, you don't have to figure it out alone.
