Great to meet you!

I have several years of experience treating primarily women and am eclectic. I support people of diverse backgrounds and am neurodivergent and LGBT+ affirming. I use a holistic and trauma-informed approach to support my clients on their transformative and healing journeys. I also offer several courses on wellness and its impact on our day-to-day lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is holistic and collaborative. Your healing journey is a team effort and you are in the driver's seat. I am an intuitive therapist and do not consider myself traditional. I focus on building strong rapport and mind, body, spirit. I focus on determining if there any hormonal imbalances that may be causing your symptoms (body); as well as determining if there are any executive functioning skills challenges (mind); as well as helping you to step into your authentic self (spirit). I also focus on genealogy and healing your ancestral lineage to break generational curses, limiting beliefs, and other negatives impacts that may have been passed down generation to generation.

What you can expect from me

Your time with me is your sacred time to discuss what you important to you in a non judgemental space. Your initial session is typically scheduled for a Monday and after that, you will be scheduled for the same day and time weekly or biweekly. Your initial intake session will be a time to gather background information such as your biosocial information and determine your wellness goals. I focus a lot on building rapport, so your sessions will feel more like talking to your friend who has strong clinical skills. My goal is for your to feel comfortable with me and own your wellness journey. I prefer to work with those who are motivated to work towards their transformation and will commit to that process.
