Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who helps adolescents and adults with ADHD, anxiety, and depression get clear answers and a plan that actually works. I offer thoughtful medication management, with therapy when helpful, focused on real-life results—better focus, less anxiety, improved mood. Visits are convenient and done through telehealth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical and results-focused. I take the time to understand what’s really going on, make an accurate diagnosis, and use medication thoughtfully when it makes sense. I also incorporate simple, therapy-based strategies to help you stay consistent, function better day to day, and feel more in control over time.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a straightforward, supportive space where we focus on understanding what’s actually going on and what you need. In our first session, we’ll go through your history, clarify your symptoms, and build a clear plan so you leave knowing your next steps.
